"Rain: A Tribute to The Beatles on Broadway" desempenhará sua apresentação final em 04 de setembro no Teatro Brooks Atkinson.
O show é um concerto estendido dos Beatles com reproduções quase perfeitas de "Night A Hard Day, o"''Yesterday", ''Eleanor Rigby" e "Strawberry Fields", entre muitos outros.
Originalmente concebida como um temporada de 13 semanas, o espetáculo estreou no Teatro Neil Simon, em outubro, recuperou seu investimento de US $ 2 milhões em sete semanas, ampliou e mudou-se para o menor Brooks Atkinson, em fevereiro.
Mas está lutando nas bilheterias. Na semana passada, levou $263.000 dólares a partir de um potencial $ 904 mil.

“Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles on Broadway” will play its final performance Sept. 4 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre.
The show is an extended Beatles concert with near-perfect reproductions of “Hard Day’s Night,” ‘’Yesterday,” ‘’Eleanor Rigby” and “Strawberry Fields,” among many others.
Originally intended as a 13-week stand, the show opened at the Neil Simon Theatre in October, recouped its $2 million investment in seven weeks, extended and moved into the smaller Brooks Atkinson in February.
But it has been struggling at the box office. Last week, it took in $263,000 from a potential $904,000.
A U.S. tour is under way.
