Esta manhã o governador Ivonne Ortega Pacheco anunciou através de seu Twitter que o ex Beatle Paul McCartney vai fazer um show na cidade exótica de Chichen Itza este ano.
Como parte de uma turnê mundial, onde o ex-Beatle vai dizer adeus aos palcos, Yucatan será uma das sete cidades do mundo incluídas na turnê de despedida.
O governador assinalou mais tarde, em uma entrevista que a negociação está em fase final, não há um contrato assinado ainda, nem uma data para o concerto, no entanto, se o cronograma do artista se abrir em 21 de março, durante o equinócio de verão, o governo do Estado fará os ajustes necessários para torná-lo possível.
Mesmo não havendo um contrato assinado ou uma data para definir a performance, o governo federal, assim como o governo do Estado já estão promovendo a visita de Sir Paul McCartney a Yucatan.
This morning the Governor Ivonne Ortega Pacheco announced through her Twitter account that the ex Beatle Paul McCartney will perform a concert in the exotic city of Chichen Itza this year.
As a part of a world tour, where the ex- Beatle will say good bye to the stages, Yucatan will be one of the seven cities in the world included in the good bye tour.
The governor point out later on in an interview that the negotiation is in its final stage, there is not a signed contract yet nor a date for the concert, nevertheless if the artist`s schedule if open on March 21 during the summer equinox the state government will do the necessary adjustments to make it possible.
Even when there is not a signed contract or a define date for the performance, the federal government as well as the state government are promoting already the visit of Sir Paul McCartney to Yucatan.
